Cancellation Policy

For Cancellations, please contact us via mail (i.e: hoteltherockstarsuites@gmail.com)

Any Cancellation received within 48 hours IST prior to 18:00 hrs. On the day of arrival would be subject to a one-night room retention charge in case of No Show one Night Retention charges would be levied

Refund Policy
1) If the booking cancelled before 48 hrs. 100% would be refundable
2) If the booking cancelled before 24 hrs. 01-day retention would be charged
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
